Change your life in 6 months

Do you have a vision of a version of you that is you at your best? One where you're fitter, happier, more at peace and you seem to get shit done?

But then you think of that version of you and get totally overwhelmed about all that you have to change in order to be that person.

It’s like before climbing a mountain and you look up and see how far you have to go and it seems so daunting.

Have you ever been given a deadline for a project, let’s say one month? And you take that month to complete that project. If you were given the same project but only one week to complete it, you will still get that project done. You will simply work differently in each scenario.

You could be that better version of you in five years or, you could be that person in six months.

The time is going to go by regardless of what you do in that time.

You could either commit to the work in that six month timeline, or you can spread it out and get there in five years.

No more starting again on Monday, no more pushing the tasks to the next day, no more procrastinating because you have five years to get there. Show up every day and get there in six months.

I’m not saying you have to be 100% at your best version you in six months. I’m saying that you can be so much closer within the next six months if you have that serious deadline.

Give yourself six months of no procrastination. Six months of not giving up on yourself. Six months of giving it your 100% focus.

Pick one thing, just ONE thing and give it your all in the next six months. I’m sure you will be amazed at what you could accomplish in that time.

It doesn’t mean you can’t work on other things, it means that your ONE goal takes priority over everything else.

Think of it this way, if you take the next six months and commit to one goal, you will be so much closer to that better version of you. In the next five years, if you commit every six months to one goal, you will be so much further along in your life than you would be if you half-ass commit to 20 things over the next five years.

What is the number one thing you want to see changed in your life in the next six months? Is it being a fitter, more healthy person? Do you want to write a book? Do you want to be really good at playing guitar?

Commit TODAY to work on that goal every day for the next six months. We can do this together.

Start today or start January 1st with me and whoever else decides to join us.

Join me on this mission to living a better life and becoming our envisioned better selves in the next six months.

For free, I have created a forum where you can ask questions, get support, and build a community full of like minded people.

I’d love to see you there.

What's my goal? To write a blog post every single day for six months and show up for you in your next six months. What's yours going to be?
